Enrique Thompson & Revirado Project officially launched Song for Someone with a special live concert at the Sala Sinfónica del Palacio de Congresos de Fuerteventura on October 11, 2024.
The event celebrated the release of the new album while serving as the live recording session for a future concert album. As a result, the audience experienced a unique performance that combined the excitement of an album launch with the atmosphere of a live recording.
The concert featured Enrique Thompson on saxophone and EWI alongside Revirado Project and an international lineup of guest musicians, including Ancor Miranda. Together, they performed the repertoire of Song for Someone, blending Argentine tango, contemporary jazz and original compositions before a limited-capacity audience.
In addition, the event received the support of Cultura Cabildo de Fuerteventura, the Ayuntamiento de Betancuria and the Instituto Canario de Desarrollo Cultural (ICDC). The concert also attracted media attention and was featured by Fuerteventura Digital, La Voz de Fuerteventura, Radio Insular and Visit Fuerteventura, highlighting the growing international recognition of the project.
Today, the performance remains an important milestone in the history of Revirado Project, marking both the official presentation of Song for Someone and the beginning of a new live recording released through Artruism Records.
