Revirado Project Lukavac Summer Festival 2025 brought the ensemble’s distinctive tango-jazz fusion to Bosnia and Herzegovina with a performance at the renowned Lukavačko Ljeto (Lukavac Summer Festival), held at the Dom kulture Lukavac on 13–14 August 2025.
Led by saxophonist, composer and producer Enrique Thompson, Revirado Project presented its unique combination of Argentine musical traditions, contemporary jazz and improvisation to audiences in the Balkans as part of its extensive European tour.
The festival appearance attracted attention from local media, with Bosnian outlet Dojam describing the concert as an encounter of genres, cultures and emotions. The publication highlighted the project’s ability to create a musical experience that is both deeply personal and universally accessible, connecting audiences through artistic expression beyond geographical and cultural boundaries.
The Revirado Project Lukavac Summer Festival 2025 performance further strengthened the ensemble’s growing presence across Europe and reinforced its role as an international ambassador of tango-jazz fusion. Through concerts in cultural centres, festivals and concert halls throughout the continent, Revirado Project continues to build bridges between Latin American and European musical traditions.
As part of the ensemble’s 2025 European touring programme, the Lukavac concert represented another important milestone in the project’s ongoing international development and cultural exchange activities.
